Everyone at the garage was phenomenal! I was planning on upgrading my car, but instead of part exchanging, I decided to sell it here to help make a bigger profit to put down on the new car. I got a quote online for the car valuation, to which I was then emailed to discuss the car in further detail. I booked the car in the get it looked over in order to receive an accurate valuation, and was astonished at how much they wanted to buy the car for in comparison to other dealership offers when I part exchanged. The garage team were so helpful, but extremely calm and relaxed the entire time. I felt no pressure to sell to them, nor did I feel like they wanted to rush through the process.
Once I had the accurate evaluation, the team member that was handling my car even said if I would like to sell my car to them to just drop them a text. There was no pressure to sell to them at all.
On the day of selling, I brought all of the paperwork that they requested, and once I was at the garage it only took 10mins, and the money was transferred directly into my account within the hour.
Entire process was stress-free, pleasant and very calming.
I shall be coming back to this garage when I need anything doing to my car. Very trustworthy team!
